/If you've never been to The Ecology Center in San Juan, I highly suggest you check it out!! It is a non-profit educational center focusing on sustainable living, organic farming and teaching ecological solutions to everyday life. It sits next to a huge organic farm (South Coast Farms). This month's Farm to Fork cooking class led by chef Kerri Cacciata featured summer produce from the garden, including watermelon and the sweetest fresh corn! What a treat! www.theecologycenter.org
